    Hi Tak

Have you contacted Babolat with this question? I would think they would have the answer. Where did you buy your machine?

    Hi Tim,
I didn’t, in HK, I don’t see any direct support for this kind of mechanical or electrical things and as far as I know, once any failure for the stringing machine, dealer will send back only!!
But this is fairly easy for me to disassemble and assemble the clamp base, what I need is to search a rubber (PU i think) to put it back, glue or double side tape is working well.
I think this is the consumable component, still searching …..
    Thanks
    Tak

    Hi Tak

I might suggest you contact Babolat in France and see if they can offer some assistance with this problem before you try to fix it yourself. Of course, this is up to you but I would give Babolat a call to see what they might offer and if they can’t help you then I can understand if you might want to try and fix the problem yourself. Here’s a link to Babolat France

    Hi Tim,

Thanks, message sent and hopefully get back to me very soon.
Actually, many thanks again and again with your great help as always ^^, as well as all other parties here.
I think I’m not the only one that the clamp base needed to repair and hope can share with other owner if they wanted to.

    cheers
    tak
