New IART stringing courses coming in 2023!
Beginning in the first quarter of 2023, IART will be offering stringing courses in our ongoing development program to help people learn about the craft of racquet stringing. Our initial offering was through our in-person training symposiums held for ten straight years from 2007-2016. As we enter a new stage in our efforts to promote our craft, we turn to online stringing courses beginning with our introductory course, Stringing 101. This course will be free to all IART premium subscribers so if you’re currently a basic subscriber and are interested in this course, you can log in to the website and click on the upgrade link at the top of the page. Once your membership upgrade has been completed, you will have free access to the Stringing 101 course. For anyone who is not currently a member and would like access to the course, we welcome you to join us as a premium subscriber. The cost of a one-year premium membership is $89
We realize that everyone is at a different place in their stringing skills so the goal is to provide a course for beginning stringers, an advanced level course, and finally, a course for those who wish to do tournament stringing.
These courses will be in development throughout 2023 and 2024 and will be offered once completed.
UPDATE: The basic Stringing 101 course is now available by going to our home page and selecting the “Courses” navigation tab.
