ATP Stringing Room – Stringing & Recycling

What happens behind the scenes in the stringing room at a professional tennis tournament — and what happens to all those used tennis strings afterward?

I recently returned back to the Tiburon Challenger, an ATP 125 event at the Tiburon Peninsula Club in California, as part of the tournament’s stringing team. I’ll take you around the tournament, introduce you to some of the professional stringers working the event, and show you a different side of tournament stringing.
