Dealing with Deteriorating, Dirty, Disgusting Grips
Are you a racquet stringer or a player who has a racquet with a deteriorating, dirty, disgusting grip? If you have one of one these, you know how messy they can be. I’ll show you how to get down and dirty by removing a grip and cleaning it to the original pallet.

Here’s a list of supplies and tools that I use.
- Gloves
- (2) Rags
- Cardboard or old newspaper
- 91% Isopropyl alcohol (spray bottle preferred)
- Goof Off (preferred) or Goo Gone
- Windex
- Orange Fast hand cleaner
- Awl
- Box Cutter
- Heat gun (with scraper attachment)
